As Lead Product Designer I worked on multiple products and projects (Web, iOS and Android). I also lead the doctor video appointments experience. Working with clinicians and data scientists to create revolutionary A.I. products. I was also highly involved in hiring and managing the UX team (We more than doubled in headcount in less than a year) alongside the Head of UX.

Redesigning a doctors workflow
As well as working on the native mobile apps I lead design on the Doctors video software. The aim was to provide the best patient information and automation of admin tasks. A big challenge was to get the doctors to train the A.I. without burdening them with extra work.
Designing for A.I.
A pre-consultation chatbot collects data on symptoms to predict diagnosis. If the doctor chooses to use the suggested diagnosis the A.I. is trained that the prediction was accurate.
