Tide is the leading Fintech for business accounts in the UK. As Head of Design lead and grew the design team across all areas including Product design for iOS, Android and Web, marketing and brand. My role involved coaching and enabling a team of designers in multiple disciplines and in multiple locations as well as working hands on in a product team.
Some of the product features we shipped include: Receipt Importer, Expenses, Apple Pay, Plus and Premium plans, Multiple accounts, Account switching, Improved onboarding, Credit, Web payroll, Invoicing and insurance.
